Jane Martin honored by Lung Association TRAVERSE CITY - The American Lung Association of Michigan has named Jane Martin as Advocate of the Year. 

The Traverse City resident was singled out for her efforts at promoting a message of "Living Smoke-Free." Martin has volunteered her time in partnership with the "Live Smoke-Free" media campaigns that deliver  a message of adopting a smoke-free lifestyle.

Martin received her award during an annual meeting of the ALA of Michigan. The association serves the state from six regional offices including the Northern Region in Traverse City. For information on smoking cessation visit www.alam.org or call 1-800-LUNG-USA.
