On June 1, 2004 there were 1,203 residential homes for sale in Grand Traverse County representing $331,117,675 in  inventory.  This is an increase of 61 properties when compared to the 3rd Quarter inventory count in 2003.  The average time on the market is 137 days.  This graph represents homes by price range and the number of units available for sale.  Homes included: residential, residential with water, and residential with acreage.
